Booth Application
We have an excellent location at the KL Gateway Mall for IBU Family's 2023 Bazaar. We envision lots of fun, family-friendly activities and retailers under one roof, a host of speakers and workshops, working with charity partners and more.

"As an excellent gathering venue, KL Gateway Mall directly connects to the Federal Highway, Kerinchi Link and NPE, ensuring ultimate accessibility for those heading to and from the mall. Ideally linked to RapidKL’s KL Gateway-Universiti LRT Station via its 100 meter link bridge, KL Gateway Mall is also easily accessed by public transport commuters."

KL Gateway Mall, LG: The Piazza
The Piazza is a large air-y concourse that is outdoors, yet generously covered.
​
We envision fun talks and activities on a stage, surrounded by lots of family friendly retailers and things to do.
KL Gateway Mall, L2: Indoors
Go up two large escalators and head to our indoor space! More activities and things to browse galore!
Booth Types
LG Piazza
There are 3 types of booths at the LG Piazza.
​
1. Single Booths
​
Single booths include a 6 x 2 feet table at a random location.
​
2. Double Booths
​
Double booths include two 6 x 2 feet tables at a prominent location.
​
3. Premium Booths
​
Premium booths include a special 6 x 2 feet table top at a prominent location (see included picture).
L2 Indoors: Single Booth
Booths on L2 Indoors include a 5 x 2 feet table at a random location. These booths do not come with a power plug point and there are no options to add on power plug points.

Application Instructions
We suggest that you have the following information ready before filling up the application form, as it will help us understand your business and promote you more effectively if you are shortlisted to be a vendor:

1. registered company name (for invoicing purpose, if applicable)
2. a short description of your business (max 120 characters: approx. 18 - 24 words)
3. your website URL (if applicable)
4. social media handles
5. a GDrive or Dropbox shared folder that contains your:
-
logo ( 1:1 square format, in both white and transparent backgrounds)
-
at least 3 x high resolution photos of your product/service
-
at least 3 x high resolution lifestyle pictures of your product/service in use
